MRDC

Virginia announced that we received a letter from MRDC stating that we were paid up for our portion of the Town Manager program. We received a credit on what we previously paid and no funds are due until January 2021.

Burning

The issue of burning in the Town limits was discussed. In the past years, there was a Gentlemen’s Agreement. They discussed the need for an ordinance. Virginia asked the Commissioners to discuss their ideas individually and she would draft an ordinance to discuss at the August Commission meeting.

There being no further business to discuss, the meeting adjourned at: 7:34pm.

Next meeting is scheduled for: Wednesday, August 19, 2020

Respectfully submitted, Virginia L. Albers
