ORDINANCE NO. 2018-02 AN ORDINANCE TO PROVIDE FOR A TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF APPLICATIONS FOR, AND ISSUANCE OF, ZONING CERTIFICATES AND BUILDING PERMITS FOR NEW BUILDINGS AND OTHER STRUCTURES WITHIN THE TOWN OF BARCLAY REQUIRING NEW SEPTIC SYSTEMS PROVIDING THAT THE TITLE OF THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE DEEMED A FAIR SUMMARY AND GENERALLY RELATING TO BUILDINGS AND OTHER STRUCTURES IN THE TOWN OF BARCLAY, MARYLAND. A notice will be scheduled in the Record Observer for two weeks and a hearing will be scheduled for Wednesday, December 19, 2018.

All Commission meetings are conducted in Open Session unless otherwise indicated. All or part of the meeting may be closed to the public in accordance with Maryland Open Meetings Act procedures.
